How to make a visit with Movemar

Follow these steps to effectively use the application when documenting your visits to various locations.

Step 1: Open the "Locations" Menu

1. Log in to the application if you haven't done so already.
2. In the top left corner of the screen, you will see the menu icon. Click on it to open the menu.
3. From the menu, select "Locations". This will take you to the list of locations that require your attention.

Step 2: Start a Visit to a Location

1. Select the location you want to visit by clicking on its name.
2. Once you have selected the location, review the planograms for that location to get a clear understanding of the product layout.

Step 3: Complete Surveys and Document the Visit

1. Fill out the surveys for the products, locations, and brands. Ensure that you have recorded all the necessary information.
2. Take photos at each level—location, product, and brand—to visually document the condition and arrangement of the products.

Important: Completing the Visit

1. To successfully document your visit, you must complete it within the application. Locking your phone, minimizing the app, or exiting it will not save your actions.
2. Make sure to complete the visit before leaving the location or exiting the application.
