New functionality – Conditional questions (If this then that)

These questions have aim to navigate the completer depending on the answers he gives to the specific question.

How are questions of this type created in merchandising surveys

This type of questions, cannot be included in existing surveys. For a start, a established survey cannot be modified. The only action is to be activated or deactivated. That is, if you wish to take advantage of this type of questions, you must create a new poll.

Functionality, you will find when creating a new question is visibility.

When set value – Always, then this question will always be visible in the created poll

When set value – Conditional, this question will be displayed at when a specific condition is met (a specific question and answer is completed).

For example:

Creating a Question 1 that has visibility of Always and ask the specific of answers. The functionality also works for free text and number type questions, but there the completed answer must match the Conditional answer that is set.

Create a Question 2 that has a Conditional visibility and select Question 1. Then then, specify under which answer from Question 1, Question 2 to be preview. In the example below, Question 2 will be displayed to the completer, if they have completed a No response to Question 1.

In Question 3, the logic is the same, with this difference that it will appear if the answer NO to Question 1 is filled in .

Additional clarifications:

  1. They can an unlimited number of questions can be created with Conditionalvisibility (in other words, ones that are previewed when an answer is completed to a previous question)
  2. Questions with visibility are ALWAYS not bound by the logic of Conditionality and are are visualized independently of the completed answers to previous questions.
  3. The sequence of the questions is maintained as you created it. Question 1 is displayed, then Question 2 (if marked as Conditional and the condition is met) or if marked as Always, and so on.
  4. Possible a question marked as Conditional can also be marked as having an answer default.
  5. Possible Conditional question can be marked as mandatory or not.
  6. Possible Conditional question can be asked with quick access.
